Just received a notice that because my credit card payment has been paid late a few times now they are reducing my credit card limit. My payments ARE on time and twice now they have claimed my payment was received late. Back in July 2009 was one and it was mailed one week before due date. This is VT to ND. Can't take a week. Paid the late fee and now I receive this letter. This last payment was mail more than a week ahead and was just cleared with my bank 3+weeks after I sent it. Clearly US Bank is holding the mail so they can initiate a late fee. I am paying the balance and cancelling card immediately. Can't imagine how many customers they do this too. Their justification this time was because it is Christmas time the mail must be slow. Not 3 weeks slow is it USPS? Funny none of the other bills mailed with this bill were late???

I went from a fixed 9.9% to a 15% jump because they said there was a letter of new terms in my February statement that i had too sign to keep my existing terms. There was no letter in my statement people. Now that i did not sign the form, they reviewed my Acct. and reviewed my credit report and they could not give me a real reason why they did this. I think it was because my debt to income is high. So F-ing what I pay my bill on time and some time more than the minimum. I asked if they could work with me and of course their favorite words are: No, I'm sorry there is nothing we can do. We need to start a class action law suite.
