Been doing work for 4 months... got small amounts of money, that did not tie to any amount or invoice... did the normal lockwint for the standard amounts. took all the online training crap... grass season came up and no grass cuts... they gave all the work to a company .. to cover the whole state... Well not only do we get no work... no grasscuts, , as crappe as they may be... but nothing... I have a friend that was contacted by the bogus company {premier landscaping} that us best set up to do the cuts, , , , , they pay 25 for a cut and 10 for a trip tic... someone is getting rich!!! I wonder what fha will think about this... 10 ndollars for 25 pics and trip... 25 for a cut?It is a complete rip-off off there regular contractors, and a major rip of the unsuspecting lawn guys who need the money... They don't pay and they sure don't care about us... I say jump on board when the GOVERNMENT{OR Bank Of America} finds out the hard way!!!

US Best Repairs is a scam. They called me up one day offering to pay me 40 dollars for mowing lawns.

At first, all the houses they sent me to had people inside. This was rather aggravating as these houses were far away. US Best Repairs refused to refund me for the costs of gas after sending me to these same houses on multiple occasions. When I finally got to a few houses that didn't have people living there, I started submitting estimates for some of the repairs and maintenance. Of course, none of these estimates were approved.

After doing about 9, 000 of work for this company, the company stopped taking my calls when it was time to collect. Mark Zaverl is a scam artist.
