i bought a car warrenty from us fidalis 24 months ago i was told i would pay 100$ for 24 months i never recived a statement or nothing the money just started coming out my account when my car did brake i was told the parts was not coverd under my warrenty. But i still payd a 100 a month thinkn it would cover something sooner or later. well now its june and 24 months later its suppost to be paid off i called this company only to find out they went bankrupt a year n a half ago and still been taken my money and after 2900$ later they still had plans on ach my account.. now i have no car warrenty and 2900$ down the drain and i cant figure out how to get my money back iv called over and over and dont get any where someone help me and til me how can i get on a class action lawsuit thing or what to do please i want my money back. im a single mom and cant belive people realy do take advantage of others like this..
