Here's the truth. U.S. Fidelis has been working to make sure that their company is doing everything legal. They have definitely made changes for the better. With that being said, why do you think they made changes? Because they were definitely breaking the law before. They auto dialed people and had their reps tell people who weren't interested that they would have their names put on the do not call list. This was a total lie. People were mad because the auto dial message told them that if they weren't interested just to push 2 and they would be taken off of the call list. This also was a lie. And the managers there lied to their employess about this as well. Sales people were trained to be vague as possible about the coverage. Customers were told they could cancel at anytime with no problems. Lie. The Saves Dept (AKA Account Resolutions)is taught to do everything they can to keep them from cancelling. They get commission for that. There were a couple of warranty companies that went under and when a customer called in about it the reps were told not to say anything. They may be doing the right thing now but the thing is that U.S. Fidelis was built from the ground up by being dishonest and deceptive. Now that they have money from their deceptive practices they've used it to make themselves legit. They are very charitable to the community but only because it benefits them. The managers they have running their company aren't very competent either. They're either family, friends or members of their "church". Element Church, that is. The owners think they can take their ill-gotten gains and use it to clean up their image. I'm not anti-religious but they do hide behind their church and community service. There are many good people who started working there after the company stopped doing robo-calls and they have no idea how this company used to operate. If anybody mentions their original practices it's considered negativity and those people are removed. U.S. Fidelis may be doing the right thing now but their past is catching up with them.
