I am writing to ask the Arizona Attorney General, Terry Goddard, to join South Carolina's AG Henry McMaster and the attorneys general of Alabama, Colorado, Michigan, North Dakota, Texas and Washington state in a suit to determine the constitutionality of the Obamacare proposal.

As you must know, the top prosecutors in seven states are probing the constitutionality of a political deal that cut a funding break for Nebraska in order to pass a federal health care reform bill. The Nebraska compromise, which permanently exempts Nebraska from paying Medicaid costs that Arizona and all other 49 states must pay, may violate the United States Constitution — as well as other provisions of federal law. As I understand it, the states listed above are investigating the constitutionality of Obamacare with respect to the 10th Amendment, which reserves to the states or the people all rights not specifically granted to the federal government.

We must bring an end to this culture of corruption in Washington. The American tax payers do not want Obamacare.. Countless polls will attest to this fact. These negotiations conducted by Harry Reid to pass Obamacare amount to little more than bribery or vote buying paid for by taxpayers.

Please join Alabama, Colorado, Michigan, North Dakota, South Carolina, Texas and Washington state in an attempt to overturn this abomination and to stop the corruption in Washington.
