Our contract was for them to lower our home mortgage due to Country Wide charging to much interest and we had not been late or we had not missed a payment. They advised us to miss 6 months of payments so they could re-finance our home. Well they did not do this now our home is in a Short Sell so we don't go in to foreclosure and it still may. We sent a notice of cancellation due to us paying them about 2000.00 dollars but of course we have not heard a word from them. We are now living in an apartment and waiting for our Short Sell to go thru and hoping our home does not go into foreclosure.
