agent, Officer Patrick Clapper, calls and give threating comments on arresting me without bail, and is very unproffessional and intimadaiting to the matter at hand. He will not give and information in writing or give you time to talk. The more information I ask for the harsh tone he get with me. I ask him how can i solve any issue with him, to stiop his calling tp call me please let me know. But he get back on the threats to arresting me by coming to my home or work place. I'm really tired of him hounding and threating me without giving information.
