My complaint is...Before I could say no, let me think about it...They were taking my money out of my savings account...i call the lady right back and told her that they took my money before I could even think about what was what...
I also made mentioned that I was not familier with working on computer...

All I want is my money back...I would I am a senior, and new to the computer..
