unwanted phone calls
US Pharmacy keeps calling after repeated requests to remove me from their data base -- which was apparently acquired via USA Pharmacy. They claim to be in Maple Valley, WA but I have had no success contacting them. Today I spoke with a Supervisor claiming to be Justin Cooper -- he assured me I would be removed from the data base after 3 years of requests. Let's see what happens.

Incessant marketing calls
Like many other people who complain about this company's telemarketing practices, I receive calls almost every day, sometimes more than one call in a day's time, and have often tried to get them to stop calling me with no results. I turned in a complaint to the No Call Service and hope they will be able to find this company and stop them from making unsolicited calls.

Numerous Calls a Day
I can get up to five calls a day from US Pharmacy asking me to buy refill my prescription. This has been going on for a couple of years now, but has been getting more persistent in the last few months. I know all the voices now and scream at them to take my number off the list. The manager is always "out" and once I ask for them they hang up. This is getting ridiculous and someone needs to shut them down!!

Non Stop Phone Calls
I have received phone calls from this so called company for at least 2 years. They will not stop and seem to increase the more I complain. The number they call from is (800) 866-490-3308. I have tried calling this number and telling them to stop (which doesn't work). I also call the number and wait until they answer then hang up. I've done this until they stop for a day. Maybe everyone that is having a problem should call this number and complain or hang up. They will not listen and always say they removed my name and number but within a few minutes another call from them is ringing. Where do I go from here. Can the police be called?

Telemarketing Phone Calls
I get calls from these people at least 2-3 times per day for the past 3 years. They always ask for someone named Theresa Kennedy and I always tell them they have the wrong number. I cannot seem to get through that I will never buy anything from them EVER! The number is always unlisted and it is usually someone who does not speak English very well. I once had a guy call me back right after I hung up and yell at me. I cannot take this anymore. I have listed my number on the do not call list and told them that and still NOTHING!
Please do something about this!!!

telemarketing
On three different occasions this month, I have been contacted by someone from this company with personal health information. I believe not only are they violating the HIPPA regulations having my past medicine usage, but also contacting me via the telephone since I am registered on the do not call list.

US Pharmacy aka online pharmacy.
certain days as many as 8 calls in one day. Calls disappear for while and for no reason at all starts back up again.

Continuous phone calls for past 2 years
For approximately 2 years I have been receiveing calls on my cell phone from an online Pharmacy company. The calls come in asking for a person named Antonio. I inform the caller that they have the wrong number since I have had my cell phone number for approximately 10 years. After a period of time I asked the caller to remove my number from their data base that my number was registered on the national do not call list. Starting in June of 2008, I bagean recording the number, data and time of day I received the calls. I alsoregistered a complaint with the FCC and the calls continue. I am now getting 3 and 4 calls a day. Some are from 1-800 numbers some are from numbers with-in the state, all calls are for the same subject, looking for Antonio.
