I have bought three different watches from this store. Late March, I broke my left wrist. I had recently bought two of the three watches. I had surgery on that wrist and they put plates in my wrist, that enlarged the size of my wrist.
On 5-12-09 I took those two watches in to have them sent back to the factory. The sells lady had contacted the factory. At that time I paid for three links to be added to each of the two watches. I also paid for the UPS shipping.
First I was told it would take three weeks. After three weeks had past I was told it would take a month to receive my watches back. That date pasted.
Then today after thirty six (36) days later, I received a phone call that the watches had arrived. I went into the store to pickup my merchandise, and to my surprise not one link had been added.
The sells person wanted to call back (east) at 7:30 at night to speak to someone. Why he wanted to try this with a three hour difference I could not understand.
I do believe that I have been patient. But this is a true complaint!
