i had an interaction with a postwoman today she was very rude and nasty they changed there routes per this lady and i wouldnt be getting my mail she was in quite a hurry and didnt want to be bothered by my questions so i just said i would call the office and get the info she walked away laughing at me. i guess she thought that i was going to get it changed like ha ha lets see you do that. funny thing is i just had questions that needed to be answered. so i called customer service and recived a very nice lady on the phone that provived me phone numbers. well i called the 1st number very rude supervisor answered. 2nd phone number very rude supervisor. they act as if you are just wasting there time and then turn it around on you the person calling them. after sevral calles to customer service were a did speak to people who seemed to care about me the consumer i recived a call from someone. i missed the call didnt notice a message had been left i called the mumber back because its my cell and the person who answered the phone sopke so quick that i couldnt understand her when i asked what her name was she was rude now i would think that maybe it was me maybe i was rude or came off wrong but really no i was not these are just rude people that dont like there jobs and why are they even answering the phone. speaking to many other people today no one had anything nice to say about the costumer service from the us post office. these few people gave a new meaning to going postal now if im around some one being rude or just act like life just sucks i will tell them dont be postal.
