We have experienced continued misdelivery of our mail. The mail that is inended to be delivered to us, Errol & Jade Palmer, at - P.O. Box 40157, San Diego, CA 92164-0157 ) by way of the North Park Station - 3791 Grim Avenue - San Diego, CA 92104-9998, either gets delivered to Jocelyn Palmer, P.O. Box 40156 ( no relation), or we do not receive it at all.
We have also been informed that our mail intended for P.O. Box 40157, often inadvertently gets misdelivered to P.O. Box 40156 in error as well, and although we return misdirected mail that is sent to us, our mail never gets returned. We wrote a letter to Ms. Jocelyn Palmer ( P.O. Box 40156 ) and it never got to her because the Post Office put the same letter we mailed back in our P.O. Box 41057, instead of putting in P.O.Box 40156.
We have had the same P.O. Box 40157 more than 15 years and have redirected a lot of communication, i.e., pay checks, etc. to be sent by direct deposit because of the incompetent delivery problems, however, there are too many business and professional relationships that need to still communicate with us at the P.O. Box 40157 mail box, do not feel that we should have to change mail boxes, and would like the the excessive human errors corrected. Please advise.
