In March a representative from U.S. Subscription Services kept calling about a deal that they had for us to BlackBelt Magazine, which we have a subscription in my son's name, who is a minor. The agent told us they had a deal for us to extend the subscription for 3 years, because Black Belt was raising its prices. They wanted a credit card number which I refused to give them. So the office sent us an invoice for $96.12 for the three years. I made payments in April and May. The company has never sent the money to Black Belt Magazine. So my son's subscription is going to lapse.
I tried contacting U.S. Subscription Service but the number on their invoice is a fax number. The web site for ussubscriptionservice.com is under construction. It does give a link to contact us. I have sent them emails and have not heard back from them.
I there a way to notify the better business agency in Arizona? Is there a way to recover the money that I have payed this fraudlent company?
