All this company wants is your money and the sale
All this company wants is your money and the sale. Once the sale has been made the service is sooooo terrible it makes you regret ever walking into this store!!! I am soooo upset, I have never been treated this way after making a purchase. I get better service when I buy 20 dollar products.
We spent close to $5, 000 in that store and were probably one of their easiest sales!!! My 5 drawer dresser came in damaged and it took me a month to get a hold of someone to attempt to help and the matter is still NOT resolved. They always want to call mne back and don't do it until like 2 weeks after I have called!!!
I am sooooo sick of this!!! They need to be out of business!!! Worst store Worst customer service!! An their manager Eric is beyonddddd TERRIBLE this is the Las Vegas location! SO upsetting!!! This should be a happy time, instead they are upsetting us soooo much!!! Getting to the point here...DO NOT GO TO USA BABY !!! You will regret it if you do!

All they want is your money and the service end there. I ordered an entire nursery suite and had to call to check on the delivery status only to find out that the crib was running 4-5 weeks beyond the date estimated. I asked the store to deliver the furniture in 2 deliveries w/ the crib coming in later and they refused. I ordered within a perectly appropriate timeframe, and have done everything I can to make this go smoothly, but they are not willing to budge an inch, so i will bring my baby home to an empty room.

Don't buy from them
We purchased Berg crib from USA baby in 11/06.
Our daughter was born in started sleeping in it in May 07. She slept in the crib for 7 months as a newborn. The crib is a convertible crib with a front gate that comes up and down. The gate broke one day from use and it falls/gets stuck and can come undone. We tried to repair it and it seems that the wood or pieces are warped. I called USA baby in Dec 07 to repair it as we have in hand a 15 year warranty that says they will repair or replace parts. They referred me to the Sales rep who has not been returning our calls/calling with little answers for last 4 months, basically told us we're out of luck as Berg quit making wood cribs. I called USA baby and asked for someone to repair crib or replace it as it's a child safety issue. Our daughter has been sleeping in a pack and play and needs to have a crib. Our concern, is that the front gate is a safety issue and could come down if she pulls on it as she is now a toddler and can stand up in her crib. USA baby refused to fix it as they said they didn't have parts to fix it and refuse to replace it since the crib was discontinued. The warranty we have says nothing about the warranty being void if crib is discontinued and I'm sure this happens a lot as new models come out all of the time. So, basically we're left w/ a broken crib-out $500 and no where to turn.
