Everyone Beware!!! There are people calling for Cash Advance Central and other companies stating that they are from the legal department/ USA legal department with Mark Cooper /legal investigation department ( they state they are officers) etc... These people call leaving messages that they are calling to settle a matter before you are sued and processed for fraud. They are really the people committing fraud.

My most recent experience happened this Monday. A man by the name of Michael(1-888-518-9841) called my home requesting 1389.00 for a loan that was taken from Cash Advance Central. When I asked him for the name of the company or a contact number to speak with this company itself, i was given the number 1-888-635-8693. I spoke first with a man named Peter who put me on hold for several minutes. I then called back and spoke with Mark, who did not give me any amount of money owed that corresponded with what Michael stated I owed. Furthermore, he told me that I would have to contact the "legal department" to receive documentation regarding this loan and hung up on me. When I contacted Michael, he told me that I should have this information and that if I wanted any documentation my attorney would need to request it. I am waiting for tomorrow's call to see who calls next.

I have been a victim of this a few times before and I have had enough. It seemed like everytime I would finish paying on the amount that I supposedly owed, no more than two weeks later I would receive another call. Enough is Enough and they are not getting anymore money out of me!

I got a call from someone claiming that I am being sued for fraud. He said the company who issued the complaint is USA CASH ADVANCE 424 244 6225 and the call was made on cell phone 530 354 5897. I was alleged to have received a loan of $300 in January 2011. It was supposed to have been transferred to my checking acct. I received a call from a collection agency claiming I owe a past due payment of $520 to a company called USA Cash Advance. I have no recollection of owing money to this company.

In the past I have received a cash advance from an internet "Cash Advance" company, but I paid this loan back "IN FULL."

The Collection Agency" that has been EXTREMELY persistent in contacting me in reference to this matter, gave me a case/docket #VSM120211425 that has supposedly been filed in the US Court System against me.

Can you help me with this matter?

I visited the "Montel Williams endorsed" Money Mutual website and entered my information to see if I qualified for a loan. My state does not allow these payday loans, so I was unable to proceed. Since then, I have received thousands of emails from different companies, tons of payday loan junk mail, phone calls at home, work, and cell. Recently, I have been getting calls on my cell from "0000". These callers are very aggressive, have used violent obsenities, and threatened to come to my home when my husband is at work. (Which, by the way I have a gun and will SHOOT them!) They know my name, the last four of my social security number, and phone numbers, so I must assume they know my address too...Montel/Money Mutual, I am VERY disappointed and in my eyes YOU are responsible for this information getting into the wrong hands

I received a phone call from a foreigner stating I owe Cash Advance some money on a loan they never could draft out of my chekcing account. I told this person I din't take a loan out with these people. He has threaten me he told me the police will be at my job to pick me up at 11:00 a.m on 12/7/10. He was very angry when I didn't agree to pay the loan he say I owe $900.00. He demaned to speak to my attorney in which I told him I didn't have one. He told me they sent me several emails about this matter. I told him I never received not a one. The scariest thing they knew my bank name and my last 4 digits of my social security number, the place where I work they have even called my work phone. I told him to send me the signed documents to prove that I took this loan out online and that's when he got very very angry.
