i had the same problem with usa credit. i called my bank and the charge had to do with appling for a loan online. they charged my account 149.95 and my account only had 75.00 in it which left it -74.95. i called the bank and they got the number to the company and gave it to me and told me to call them. i called usa credit, iand i guess one of those boxes you have to check when applying for a loan is what gave them permision to take the money out of my account and usa credit isnt even realy a loan company. the 149.95 is a lifetime membership fee to there web site and they give you a $2500 credit to there account to buy stuff like tv s dvd players computers and stuff like that and once you order something and pay it off, you can get a loan with them for 1, 500. i didnt even know i did it, i was just appling for a loan online and i guess all the small print in the agreements is whaqt gives them permission. but when i called the company i told them the situation and they refunded the amount in full back into my account cancelled my membership and the bank dropped all my overdraft charges (us bank). the number i called was 1800-685-9354. hope this helps.

My Husband and I were trying to pay our rent so we decided to apply for a loan. We needed the money ASAP and decided to try to apply online. I came to USA CREDit through a agency who said I qualified for a loan who would approve me through USA credit. We both filled out application which stated that once we were approved we would recieve up to $500.00 and would have to pay them back upon approval up to 30 days later. It said we were approved but never showed us a payment plan or anything at all after it stated APPROVED. The next morning they STOLE $149.95 from our account in both my husbands name and mine. Not only did we lose $300.00 now our daughters don't have diapers and we are might lose our home. With as many complaints for this company they should no longer be able to do this. I don't know how they sleep at night knowing they are hurting peoples lives and especially the ones who are coming to them for help with money, then they take it. What type of buisiness owners are they? I hope you go to HeLL and take your buisiness skills with them.
