unauthorized payment
I did not subscribed and it was deducted from my account I don't authorized any payment or anything for this company the also overdraft my account for $-171.30 I hope they don't charge more or I am in deep trouble. Pleas help me!!!

taking unauthorized funds from my checking acct.
I got a loan with them out of desperation and come to find out they are affiliated with UScredit and others .They took money out of my acct.and didnt put it in .my bank said this was the worst scam theyd ever seen and im furious .i will take this to the top

I have no idea who this company is but I have not received any service or purchased any product from them or given them permission to charge my bank account.

SCAM!!!!!!
These people debited my bank account 149.95 and i want my money back!!! Does anyone know where i can find a phone number to get in touch with these people???? My account is now overdrawn and i am looking at nsf fees!!!

Stole $149.95 plus a $30 NSF fee
They stole the money from my account when I never accepted an offer. The credit union I go through does not return my checks for NSF, they pay it then assess me the $30 on top of it.
I did not order this service, I never authorized any funds to be withdrawn from my account and I feel that with the myriad of complaints the MI Attorney General should revoke their license to conduct business in the state of Michigan.
Obviously since this practice appears to be normal for this company they should be prosecuted. And I do mean to the fullest extent of the law.

UNAUTHORISZE CHARGES
On June 20, 2011 there was an charge amt of $149.95 with out my approval.I was online before only providing some information about loans and these company only asks information to search for loans company that would only work with you to get an loan.USA Credit took money from me without my knowedge and would not provide me information to show that I approve of them to take $149.95 and information about what they have to offer for me to agree or disagree from this company.They chargeed late fees from my bank and would only give me back $114.95 instead of what USA Credit took from me $149.95

Fradulent Charge
I recently had an unauthorized charge of $149.95 to my bank account using my account number and routing number - NOT my debit card number.
How these people came upon this information is a mystery to me, but what is the most upsetting is that my bank conducted an "investigation" and closed the case saying that they considered this an authorized charge - EVEN THOUGH I TOLD THEM REPEATEDLY THAT I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS TRANSACTION!
Now my bank is telling me that I need to take up my dispute with USA Credit, however I cannot seem to find any legitimate website, address or phone number for this company..
I've noticed that there is a good number of other people out there who fell victim to this same situation with USA Credit - can you please tell me what you did to resolve the situation and get your money back??
FYI - the bank that has been MOST UNHELPFUL with this fraudulent charge is US Bank, I don't reccomend them to anyone!!!

money debited without my authorization
Be aware that clicking around on other sites can cost you time and money! This company debited $149.95 without me even knowing it was going to happen. When I called USA Credit they told me that I had been on another site and had clicked on their link which "authorized" them to take the money. I have no idea what they are talking about. Authorization of money should not be that easy!
I have reported them to the BBB.

Stole money
I check my account and found that USA credit took 149.95 out of my bank account. I never signed up for their services. I found out on a Saturday morning and they are closed so now I have to wait until MOnday to try to do something about it

Unauthorized charge from my Savings
Tried to cash a check at my bank and they said that I had a return check fee of $25 dollars even though I only have a savings acct. not checking. Bank reversed the fees but I have no clue who these guys are and I am severely pissed off! Thank God the bank credited the other return fees back but it has been blocked from out acct. :)
