unauthorized charge to account
I have received an unauthorized charge on my account today from USA Credit in the amount of $149.95. When I called my bank they said I had to sign an affidavit proving that I did not authorize these charges. I finally thought I got the number to USA Credit from this website. When I called I found out that it was a third party ACH company and apparently USA Credit has no phone number or way for the public to contact them. I was originally told from this ACH company that it would take 30 days to get my money then with a lil arguing they said 8-10 business days then they said if I DROP THE FRAUD CHARGE against them they will give it to me within 48-72 hrs. I am still waiting for the bank to get back to me but I wanted to let everyone know of the scam artist I spoke to at this apparent ACH company! The phone number I called is 800-634-6730 and they extension is 2103. Her name is Rebecca and she is completely full of shit!!

Unauthorized Withdrawal
USA withdrew $99.00 from my bank account with absolutely no authorization from me. It overdrew my account making my account $121 overdrawn. After a 3 way call with my bank, USA Credit agreed to have the $99.00 back in my account in one week. Of course, I'm out th $38.00 overdraft fee, oh well... We'll see... It was actually fairly straight forward which is not typical in comparison to all the other USA Credit complaints I've read.

Debited 149.95 out of checking acct
My husband and I had a serious financial obligation that we had to handle before the end of the month and we decided to apply for a short term $300 payday loan online.. we provided our social security number and banking information and we were in the grocery store to purchase a few small items and found out that USA Credit debited over 150.oo from our account and caused two bank fees in the amount of $35. This has set us back even futher. I am contacting the DA in the state of PA and demand that someone investigate this company and their business practices..This is unfair and do you know they had the nerve to tell me they would only refund 65.00 back to our account that they drafted without permission.

I WAS DEBTED $149.95 ON 10/01/2010 FROM MY BANK ACCT. AND DID NOT APPRECIATE YOU PEOPLE TAKING IT OUT OF MY ACCT. WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. IT JUST IS NOT FAIR. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND, ON YOUR OWN WITH OUT ME GOING TO MY BANK AND GETTING THEM TO HELP. YOU CAN CALL AND TELL THEM YOU WILL CREDIT ME 149. 95 PLEASE . IM GETTING SO FED UP WITH THESE LOAN COMPANYS WITH THERE OFFERS. LINDA

stole money out of acct.
i went online to apply for a loan, some way or another USA credit got my information, began debiting $149.95 out of my acct. my acct is now overdraft by almost $200.00 because of them, i put a block on my acct. now they had a representive that called me talking fast saying they were taking a lawsuit out against me if i didn't agree to pay them in 3-4 days for three hundred dollars that i never rec. told her i dispute the validity of the debt and to cease and dissit any further contact. this is ridiculous, is there anything i can do to get this situation taking care of?

I just looked at my checking account and found a $149.95 charge that I did not authorized. however, i have applied for a payday loan, but said no to the credit card option which they still charging me. I tried to call the 8006859354 number, but of course, it is automated.

I do not have any loan or any thing else that I have authorized any charge to come out of my checking account. I tried to call the 8006859354 number, but of course, it is automated and noone is available. This was my holiday money and now I have to go to my bank and try to get help with this.

USA Credit debited 149.95 from my saving acct.
I have never heard of this co before never gave them cosent to go into my saving acct.
I did'nt have the funds to cover it.But I was charged a nsf fee from my bank
So who is this co.

Unaurthorized Withdrawl
I WAS RECENTLY APPLYING FOR ONLINE LOANS AND GOT REDIRECTED TO ANOTHER SITE BUT I NEVER AUTHORIZED THEM TO WITHDRAW 149.95 FROM MY BANK. WHEN REDIRECTED I CLICKED THE X TO GET OUT OF THE WEBSITE. I AM GOING TO CONTACT MY BANK TO SEE IF THEY CAN REFUND THE MONEY OR TRACE IT BACK. THE NUMBER I HAVE FOR THAT COMPANY GIVES A MESSAGE THAT THERE IS NEW INFORMATION THAT WILL BE SENT TO MY CELL PHONE IT THEN WANTS ME TO PAY 9.99 A MONTH TO GET THE INFORMATION. I AREADY GOT RIPPED OFF AND THATS ENOUGH! I AM GOING TO REPORT THIS THE THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION AND THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE IN CONNECT. IF ANYONE HAS ANY OTHER INFORMATION LIKE A NUMBER OR ADDRESS THAT WOULD HELP!
