USA Credit debited $149.95 from my checking acct. I’ve neither heard of this company before nor did I give them consent to go into my checking account. There is now an overdraft charge on my account due to this charge. I’d appreciate if USA CREDIT would refund my money as I never authorized them to make it in the first place.

I went to the bank this morning to take out funds to find out that my savings was in the negitive for $ 149.95. Two months ago I had the same thing happen to my checking account for the same amount but a company called Thompson Enterprises. I found out that thompson enterprises is a web site to help you earn extra cash. They wanted only $2.95 to send a start up package. I never even looked at there site just like this one. Never heard of either one. I found out on the web that Thompson Enterpries will come back under another name and pull the amount of money from any of your accounts. So if any one here was looking at that site the two could be connected. I still haven't gotten the money back from Thompson Enterprises to clear my checking account. The bank I have has not been very help because Thompson Enterprise will send the bank something with your name the info on there company. So they can keep the 149.95. I just find it hard to believe that 2 months later that it happed to my saveing with the usa credit. I can't get a payday loan because I don't work and I never asked for one because I would have no way of paying it back. Thanks to Thompson Enterprises I couldn't use my bank card for my checking any more so the bank wasn't allowing anything to come out of my saveing from my card. So some how Usa Credit got my account number and what bank I used and pulled the money. I really believe that the two are the same company only because of the amounts that were pulled out and the information I found about Thompson Enterprises and there name change to another company. I hope this helps someone else.

Company was offering Personal loans in small amounts I applied for a $4, 000, at the end of the application and after I submitted the application was notified that I was approved and they needed my banks routing number and account number to deposit the funds. They ended up withdrawaling 149.95 from my account. The website said nothing about any types of fees or processing charges. I was "already approved" well I never got a check or the funds deposited. I filed a complanit with the BBB (which shows a grade of F and has 71 other complaints all but 2 have been resolved. If your reading this and this has already happened to you I would advise filing with the BBB it takes 10-15 mins top and may get your funds back possibly.

I just looked at my bank account yesterday and saw a random $149 charge that I obviously didn't authorize because my bank account doesn't even have the funds to cover it. It's still there today, the bank hasn't returned it. I don't know what to do, this is insane! I was online filling out an app for a cash advance through a completely different company and ended up with this charge. Is this even legal??

USA Credit stole from my bank account in the amount of 149.95, like so many others I was applying for an online loan and ended up scamed.I will go to my bank and hopefully they will credit my money back, but now I have to close the account.Can't trust that it won't happen again.
