USA CREDIT is a scam. Do not know how they got banking information and have continually debited 149.00, 49.95, 19.95, and 19.95. My husband and I have no idea who they are. I got there number from our bank and called and told then to credit us back the money and stop taking any further money. Stated they would and still keep taking money from our account. Beware they are a scam and are stealing.

The USA Credit called me today and said that they were calling me about a credit inquiry that i had made. Immeditately I was suspicious because i had not made the inquary, but i listened anyways and she asked me for by DOB and confirmed my address and all of that then she wanted my social.. I was hesitant but gave it to her anyways. Then she wanted my bank information. I told her that i didnt know it because i only use debit cards and she told me to call her back with the info. Thats when i found this site and called them back and told them about this. They said the people that got charged the 150.00 was because they did it online and that was the fee for the CARD. WOW this is outragious. So thankfully i was smart enough to not give them my bank info and i asked them to take out all the other info that i gave them and she said she would and she would put me on the do not call list.

I was filling out the app with the only thought at the time was to find out payments, # of payments, etc. Then i get an acceptance email, and they said they withdrew 149.95 out of my account. There was no mention in the app about it costing me 149.95, or the monthly payments of 19 something. I did not authorise these with drawls and therefore the money should be put back in my account immediatly!!! I live on a very limited income, and now you are threating me with not eating again, because you took my money!!! I did not have that amount in my account, but if you take what i do have, i will have overdraft charges and all that paperwork, and you guys will be in fat city!! I want my money back, now!!! And if there are any charges that i get because of this, i will want rembursed for those also!!! I will be calling in the morning, and i am not looking for a run around, but i insist on talking with someone with some authority, and also want to talk with someone who can speek english!! I hope you understand where i am coming from, money is very tight, and if i had 149.95, or any substancial amount of money, why would i pay 150.00 to borrow money???? Talk with you tomorrow, thanks

I applied for a payday loan through other companies, later that day someone from this company called I declined thier offer. Today when I checked my bank account I find that $149.95 is missing. I am on hold waiting for someone to answer I have been on hold for over 35 minutes right now. This is ridiculus. If I needed a payday loan, I obviously didnt have money to give away.

I actually just contacted the FBI Internet Crimes division and am disputing this with my bank. This is awful, steeling $149.95 from unsuspecting people. I'm taking this to the media, my attorney, and the Attorney General. USA Credit, you just screwed with the wrong person.
