I recently applied for a loan with payday loan. a window pop up with this company saying that i was approved for there merchandise credit card. i closed the window (declined the offer) Today i went to may bank and realized that they took $149.99 from my account without any authorization. i asked my bank if there is any number for them but there is none. i try to get to there website but all i find is complaints. do anybody knows how to get in touch with usa credit? they had no authorization to do that. its fraud. my e-mail is [email protected]

I too as well as i see others did not authorize them nor even knew about them so they took money from account and am close to threee hundred dollars behind because my other checks bounced

These people are never going to stop. I've had to close my account to get them and another company they're affiliated with to stop deducting money, even though I reported them to agencies and my bank.


Something needs to be done about these people. They're scamming people all over the country and getting away with it.

This company just debited my account 150 bucks, when I have never even heard of them or visited a site with their name on it. I would like my money returned.

I applied for a loan online and their website came up. I read through the terms and when I saw that they charged a fee I declined. I needed money I was not trying to spend money to get money. Which after looking at the attorney generals webpage in texas I found out that this practice of charging people a fee to get money is illegal. They debited money out of account of 149.95. I did not authorize this. I am now filing complaints with the BBB, The FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION, and The State of Texas OAG. One more thing to look out for after putting in their phone number on the BBB webpage the address came back as being in Georgia. They will tell you they are located in Pennsylvania. I have also noticed some of the postings have the address in other states and cities. This is a scam beware!!!
