THIS COMPANY CONTACTED ME ON SUNDAY TELLING ME THEY HAD TO VERIFY MY INFO AND I TOLD THE PERSON I HAD NO TIME AS I WAS ON MY WAY TO WORK.THE NEXT FEW DAYS 149.95 WAS DEDUCTED FRM MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY APPROVAL.

unauthorized transaction
This company is a fraud and a scam. This company prays on Americans with bad or average credit. This company with out proper authorization will debit your account or accounts. This is illegal, immoral and will have legal action taken against this matter and the company or company's responsible.
If you would like to join me in a class action suit against
USA Credit / Web
File a claim with the Federal Credit Union Board of Directors then contact a lawyer for further instructions.
This company's CEO will be indited and a full investigation will be conducted.

TOOK $149.00 Out of my checking acct. WITHOUT my PERMISSION I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
Usa Credit took $149 Out of my checking acct. without my permission. I dont even know who thay are. I want my $149 and the $30 that my bank charged me for overdraft BACK. This is bull. My husband lost his job and I dont need someone steeling my money (what I do have). I need to Know how to get my money back.

WITHDRAWAL SCAM
Folks, I logged a complaint here back in July, and apparently these crooks are still at it.
A poster here suggested a class action lawsuit, and I agree.
If somehow you good folks would like to get together on this, feel free to email me. These people should be stopped from bilking the unaware out of their funds.
People are told they are applying for a loan, and SOMEWHERE in illegible fine print there is a clause giving these crooks permission to debit their accounts for the very funds they are seeking to borrow.
Practises such as this should be illegal. These people mislead the public and steal from people who can barely get by as it is. They are predators.

They attempted to collect 149.95 from my account and cause me and over draft fee. I havent purchased any thing from them and didnt authorized them to go in my account.

WITHDRAWN MONEY
USA CREDIT HAS WITHDRAWN MY MONEY $149.95 ON 08/10/2010 USA CREDIT 8006859354 $149.95 without my permission and authorisation or any invoice notice. I called it was playing music and I got connected and even they said cancelled and we will deposit by 2 business hours and so on. But I am not sure they going to do so but again if they do so what shall I do with this? I am surprised by seeying my account balance. Please can you help me to ge my money back from this company.

charged my account without my consent.
My account has been debitted for a credit card program that I never signed up for. Now my bank account is in a negative status and also has charged me insufficient fund fees. The funds were not in my account to cover this credit card program, but my bank went ahead & paid it anyway causing my account to be in a negative status. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!

The company withdrewn $149.95 from My checking account. I was overdrawn at the time and they got a dunn. Now I am more in the hole because it cost Me $27.50 for a bounced check. I DO NOT APPRECIATE THE WAY THIS COMPANY DOES BUSINESS...I AM THINKING A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT MAY SETTLE THEM DOWN AND EVEN PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS

tried to get 149.95 from my account. i did not sign up with them. i would like my 35.00 back.
USA Credit tried to get 149.95 out of my bank account. I did not sign up with them.I also did not authoriuze them to get money out of my account. I would like for them to pay me back my 35.00 my bank charged me for overdraft fee.
