Taking money from our checking account
Was trying to get a Payday loan from USA Credit and they started taking money out of my checking account with out me knowing they tried to take 149.00 out of my account twice but I had no money in my account so we got charged overdraft fee's because of it!!

FRAUD!!!!
This so called company is a big SCAM!! They took out $149.95 out of my account without my authorization and claim that I gave them the okay but how funny this is a loan place and I never received a loan from them not one cent!!! And now they are trying to get me for FRAUD! Something needs to be done about them they have done too many scams to innocent people!!!

USA CREDIT CHARGED MY CARD 149.95 THAT I HAVE NOT CLUE ABOUT THIS ...I AM GOING HAVE THIS COMPANY SHUT DOWN IF I CAN'T GET MY MONEY BACK TIMES ARE HARD AND I HAVE NO TIME FOR THIS THEY BETTER PRAY I GET MY FUNDS BACK TO MY ACCOUNT ASAP

Fraud
Checked my on line bank statement and there was a debit for $149.95 + $33.00 NSF taken from my Nevada State Bank checking account. I did not authorize this and had to close my account and file a fraudulant case with my bank. This will take several weeks to come to a solution. There are many complaints liksted from this company. Why isn't the BBB involved and these bastards shut down? Now, I have to contact all the companies I have that automatically debit my account. What a waste of time!!!

Stole from my acct
I am very upset at what they did. They overdrew my account by taking out 149.95. I am hoping my bank will overturn the transaction. What really gets me is how my bank let it go through when the check doesn't even look like mine...I have no idea who or what this company is...but be careful anyone...

Withdraw
USA CREDIT was withdrawing money for my bank account for some year, I talked to them to get an explanation why they were doing this, as I never got any credit with them, they told me that they could not give any information because the supposedly account was on my wife's name. I got my wife for an explanation, she told me that she never had opened an account with them, but she let it go, checking my account I could see that it was month by month, I told my wife to talk to them, no response, and talk and not response, until she got someone to discuss the issue, and they made up explanations to her, telling why. She told them to verify her facts and information, they apologized, but said that all of the money they got could not be refunded. It is very worry, how could they do this.
