I contacted USA CREDIT over the phone and this company is 100% a scam. My account was debited 149.95, as everyone else. The first rep i spoke with awnsered the phone yawning as if she was still tired, so that set the tone for the conversation. I told her my situation and her response was "what do you want me to do". I couldnt believe what I just heard from this lady. I immediately asked to speak with a manager and remained on hold for 22min. The manager came on the phone and explained to me that I failed to read the disclosure notes. THIS IS HOW THEY COVER THEMSELVES FROM SERIOUS LEGAL ACTIONS. Even though i told her that usa credit was not what i wanted she told me i should have read the disclosures. She also told me that I had an account, which I recieved no emails or confirmations. I then told her that I contaced my bank AND THATS WHEN SHE GOT REAL OFFENSIVE AND TOLD ME WHY DID I CONTACT MY BANK AND THAT SHE COULDNT HELP ME ANYMORE. I found that strange so i told her I didn't, which I did so I could get my refund bank. You have to play a scam artist game with a scam artist to get things done with these people. There only going to refund me $114 and I have to eat the nonrefundable fee 0f $35. I plan on putting names, work number id's, work extension to the public on this company. Watch out for those loan websites. Companies like USA CREDIT take advantage and know how to manipulate the system. There time will come.

I DON'T KNOW WHO USA CREDIT IS OR WHO THEY ARE AFFILIATED WITH. I HAD JUST DEPOSIT MONEY FOR MY DISALED SON'S MEDICINE. NOW HE WON'T BE ABLE TO GET IT. I JUST CLOSED THE ACCOUNT. I NEED THAT MONEY BACK. IF YOU DON'T DO SOMETHING IF I HAVE TO GO TO COURT I WILL GET WAY MORE MONEY BACK THAN WHAT YOU TOOK. SO PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH ME THROUGH E-MAIL [email protected]

149.00 dollars was taken out of my account by this company I never authorized anyone to take money out of my account I want my money back.

I did not Authorize for a usa credit nor did i receive a card. I just want 149.95 + Overdraft fees be put back into my acccount.

This company withdrew funds from my account without my approval.
