TOOK $149.95 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT
This company offers several things. I applied for a payday loan and they took out $149.95 out from my bank account without my permission They caused my account to go negative! I am trying to receive money not give it away. They have done this to several other people too!(SEE BELOW) They need to be stopped!!! They are destroying people life!!

Fraud
This Company took $149.95 from my account with out my permission I only apply for a payday advance loan and they took my money wit out my consent. How can I get my money back? Can the FBI can do sonthing on this cases? Because I a lot of people with the sema problem with this Company.

These people royally screwed me. They took 99 dollars out of my account without my authorization and made my car payment bounce. They have to be stopped.

They took money out of my checking acount
they took money from my checkings account when I applied for A loan for 1500 And I didn't know they were Going to take money out when they were supposed to be wiring it to my checkings account but instead they sent me a usa credit card that i didn't apply for They charged me a 149.95 from my checking money that I didn't not have in my account it caused me to have A over draft I didn't have the money to cover the amount that was drawn from my account my name is Angela Leach Of Nashville tn my address is 1913 Delta Avenue 37208

Please be aware that the Ouality Assurance rep that continually posts on this website does not mention that the "authorization" he or she is speaking of DOES NOT mention the name of the company, the product, OR the fee that you will unexpectedly receive. It is very misleading.

Truth in Lending
Unauthorized ACH for 149.95 from checking acct. They receive your information via another site. Also kDiscSup.com will debit your acct for 31.00. Both of these use fraudulent practices. If you call USA credit, be prepared to stay on hold for 30 + minutes. ALos, know in advance that they will only refund 114.oo. They will insist on keeping 35.00 for a refund application fee. When placing your stop pay (or acct. freeze) include the following names:

Platinum Trust Card
9 Commonwealth
USA Credit/Commonwealth Marketing Group
Anyone else have information??
Also, please file a report with the BBB and FBI Cyber Crimes unit. PLease include in your report their refund policy.

unauthorized debit
They attempted to debit my account, which was blocked by an e-mail from me, so they changed their name and resubmitted and stole 99.95 from my account.They refused to give me my money back and told me, "do what you have to do.
