USA credit withdrawn $149.95 from my account without authorization on 12/28/09 and since my balance was in lesser amount I was overdraft, but then again the transaction came in again on 1/15/2010 and it was a success, my checking account was deducted $149.95. I strongly believe that these people or company is affiliated with bank of america because I tried my best to stop the payment, but to no avail, bank of america didn't do anything to stop it. I called the 1-800 line bank of america gave me and the customer service people told me that they can not do anything because it is posted already. I did went to their office the minute I found out that USA credit already submitted their request for withdrawal, and the customer service people from bank of america did a run around behind my back on calling the 1-800 line. I went in today and closed out my account at Bank of America. Thanks but no thanks to their scams.a53a9

USA credit has accessed out checking accountant and have started to withdrawl money from our account. I called the 8006859354 number and got a recording to email a request to stop money from being taken out. the email they said to use is...

I emailed and have yet to hear from them.

I did not give these people authorization to take money out of my account, and the took 149.95 which left an overdraft in my account, if the money isn't back in my account by 12pm tommorrow 1/14/2010, I will be obtaining a lawyer. Thanks John Adams

They took 149.95 out of two of my accounts what do i do now

I called my account today and found my balance was -150.00. When I knew I had not over-drafted my account, I called my bank. My bank told me the 149.95 was from USA Credit Services and gave me a 1800 phone number. I called. Of course they were closed. I googled. No info. I googled the number...BAM! Scam! I was searching for payday loans like everyone else...now I am going to have to close my DAMN account AGAIN because of these crazy @#$!!! Where oh were are regulations for this type of stuff!!!??
