I was appling on line fo r a loan and my phone ring a man with a thick saying your application has been accept he ask if he could verfiy my information I did when he kept asking for more information I asked him agian ws he from my back Once he kept talking and I told him I did not want his help the company I apply to had deposit money into my account and USA with in and took money out making my account short.

I WAS APPLYING FOR LOAN ON LINE AND THIS POPPED UP AND I DECLINED IT BUT THEY PICKED UP MY INFORMATION AND CHARGED 149.95 AGAINST MY BANK ACCOUNT
THE 149.95 WAS NT AUTHORIZED AND I HAVE FILED CHARGES WITH THE BANK

Transaction on my checking account (charged) worth $149.95 and had to pay $35.00 insufficient fee.

This company has been stealing money from me for the past two months for services they never provided. After numerous phone call demanding my money back I was lied to by a phone rep. saying they would cancel the service and refund my money. This was not done they are still collecting a 14.00 a month fee from me and because of them I have to close my banking account... Memberservices@USACDT is the email they give to cancel services. I will try this service also... This company is a fraud!!! Theives!!!

Like a dumb ass I gave my sister in law my checking account number. She was trying to get a loan online. I cautioned her about fly by night online companies but she wanted a loan for Christmas. She told me she didn't get the loan so I didn't think anything more about it. Well a week later my checking account had a $29.95 and a $149.95 charge taken out. I have been single for 8 years and I work 2 jobs to make ends meet. These charges are extremely hard on me. I finally got a reversal on the $29.95 but it hasn't went through my account yet. I was told 7-10 business days. The $149.95 I was told they would call me back tomorrow about this. I canceled my debit card and will be closing my checking account in the morning. So if I do get any refunds don't know where they will be sent. After reading all this BS about this company I am not feeling good about any refunds. I will never ever give my checking account number to anyone, not even relatives. This is a huge financial hardship on me. This year alone on this web sight there were 260 complaints, at $149.95 each that is $38, 9870.00 profit for this company! Who knows how many complaints that haven't been filed. Astronomical, the goverment needs to shut them down.
