149.95 was taking out of my checking account, i have never heard of this company and cant get them on the phone to fix the matter . i want my 149.95 back

Applied for payday loan. Gave my bank info. The agent said they would process card in two days it would be $99 and my loan would be in the bank. gave me a website to go to and said all I had to do was enter my telephone number and it would give me the amount of the loan and needed my esignature. No such thing. I am going straight to my bank tomorrow to let them know what happened.

Did some research, USA Credit's parent company is Commonwealth Marketing Group (CMG). Other dba's are CMG Credit, CMG Inc, Provincial Trust, Reservation Center The, U S A Shopping Club, Ultimate Offer, USA Benefits, USA Credit, USA Mobile, and USA Platinum, so stay away from these as well. Owner is Frederick F. Zeigler III. He and his wife live in Chalkhill, PA (Anyone living here wish to pay him a visit?). CMG currently has a C- rating on BBB. Submit your complaints to BBB demanding an F rating. Discovered 16 different phone #s under this company all of them either disconnected, placing me on a ridiculously long hold, or stating that I'm calling after hours when it's clear that all businesses (no matter the time zone) should be open. I'm going to my bank today to file a dispute along with copies of your complaints. They said it should be no problem crediting the $149.95 back to my account considering the amount of complaints and bogus phone numbers. I will keep everyone posted when I get back from the bank. Hang in there and keep fighting! In this economy, people who make others' lives worse than they already are deserve to be punished. Agree?

I applied for a cash advance but decided it wasn't worth it so I did not submit the approved application. On April 19, 2011 a charge of 149.95 was deducted from my bank account. I was on the phone for 2 hours with this company and finally got my bank involved.

USA CREDIT dialed a number which was to be a representative of my bank while I was on the line.

My bank said that the money was not deducted so usa credit said I had to call them back after 48 hrs to reapply for the refund of 114.00 (35.00 application fee).

I then called my bank again and I decided to give USCREDIT that number to call while I was on the phone. That call was on the up and up. We did get it straightened out however I have to wait 72 hours for my money minus $35.00.

As a lesson, just review all the complaints against this company. All of these people lost $35.00, this is a lowly way for a company to make money.

This company has been taking $19.95 out of my account without any authorization. I have no loan or credit card with this company.
