TOOK 149.95 FROM MY CHECKING
they take $149.95 and say you do not get any money! I opted out and said I did not want it converted to an Ach OR AHC debit and they did it anyway!!!
I have been fighting for 30 days. I am going to the bank manager on the weeekend!!!OMG

TOOK $149.95 from my Account New Year's Eve
THEY SAY THEY WILL GET YOU A CARD AND THEN THEY CHARGE YOU $149.99 SAYING IT IS AHC OR ACH DEBIT. I OPTED OUT AND THEY CONVERT IT SOMEHOW INTO THIS AHC ACH DEBIT!!! I DID NOT WANT IT CONVERTED! HOW DO THEY DO THAT? I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING TO GET THE MONEY BACK FOR 30 DAYS!!! I AM SO STRESSED OUT!!! I AM DISQABLED AND ON A FIXED INCOME. iHAD 2 CREDT CARED PAYMENTS THAT DID NOT GO THROUGH AND OVER 5 OVERDRAFTS!!! THIS HAS COST ME OVER$500.00 i CANNOT BELIEVE WHAT A NIGHTMARE THIS HAS BEEN. iF MY BANK DOES NOT HEKP ME WITH THIS i WILL LOOK FOR ANOTHER ONE. I AM GOING TO SEE A BANK MANAGER THIS WEEKWND!!!OMG

Took my 149.99 without my consent. Im down for hagging those bastards. Im poor and work hard, cant afford to have 149.99 go to any one besides me..I want to get together and sign a complaint.

Unauthorized billing
I submitted a report on USA Credit earlier, but as I look over my bank statement, their heinous actions have ruined my account and finances! Right before they took money out of my account, I deposited a check for 393.75. Since I had no idea they took out my money, i thought the 393.75 was there, of course. But, no.
Because of USA Credit, I have over 800.00 in overdraft fees, ($808 to be exact) fees that could have been avoided if they kept their 'e-hands' off of my account in the first place! How am I ever supposed to pay that much? I'm a college student, wife and mother...
The manager at my bank said I wouldn't have this problem if it weren't for 'that $149.95 deducted from [my] account'.

Unauthorized charges
We just opened our mail and my husband asked me about a $149.99 withdraw from our savings account. Who is Usa Credit and why are they taking from savings? I looked on our calender to the see the date they tried taking it, and We were not even home that day!!!

Unauthorized billing
I filled out an application for usa credit and i was charged 149.95 form my account for no reason and now i am overdrawn and i cant file a police report because i was the one who filled out the application so it would come back on me now... so i am screwed out of the money.

Unauthorized billing
I got a pay day loan for my daughter and on the same day a company known as USA Credit on my bank statement took out 149.95. I believe United Cash Loans sold my information including my bank account to them. I will be reporting both of them as fraud. When I went to pay the payday loan off in payments like they advertised I found out after I signed for 300 that I could only pay it all off plus 90.00 which my daughter can not do. I would have to pay it in cerements of 50.00 plus the 90.00. I can not pay 150.00 twice.
This is total fraud and unfortunately it has led me to believe I should buy nothing more off the net.

They took money out of my bank account without my say so and they left me with nothing in my bank; they over draw out my account and I don, t like it because thats was wrong for what they did they didn't have to do that I was just asking them for a loan that was it but they went to far with it and took my money out my bank account early this morning and all I'm asking is for them to put my money back in my bank account like it was and cancel that loan I ask for please.
