Unauthorized billings!
The only way to beat this company is through filing a collective complaint. If we all file a complaint with the FTC they WILL take action. Lets face it we authorized the transaction or rather did not decline the authorization (even though their method was very deceitful and underhanded). But the FTC says that a company must explicitly state all charges, this company didn't and their website never works, if we all file a complaint the FTC will file a class action lawsuit so lets get together and bring this company down. Scam charges!
USA Credit debited $149.95 from my checking acct. I have never heard of this company before, and never game them consent to go into my checking acct. I didn't have the funds to cover so it didn't go through, but I was charged an nsf fee from my bank.

Taking money out of my checking account!
I tried getting a payday loan on line and my information was sent to several different places. I was even called by some of these places and asked if I was interested in their product. I told the no and the charges just keep coming from the different places. Many have no number or other means of contacting them to stop this.

Unauthorized charges
I do not even no where this came from. The only thing that I can think of is that I was looking for a Payday Advance. The next thing I know ( which was after my account was overdrawn many times before I discovered it) that there was a charge for $ 149.95 from Usa Credit that I have never even heard of. It cost me over $100.00 overdraft fees. Thank goodness I had overdraft protection or I could of got in some serious trouble, but I still had to pay my bank there fee of $25.00 for each overdraft. One check was for $8.95, so that check cost me$33.95. I do not no how a company can continue to get away with this after I seen all the reports on this company. I think a Attorney should start a class action suit against them. I live on a fixed income and I am disabled and I have to be kept at a certian temp. or it can kill me and my house is almost all propane and because of this company I now have to have my propane shut off. I wonder how they would feel if it was degrees outside and they had no way to cook or get warm, or have any hot water. Thanks USA Credit. I bet you are happy that you can live with all of these things while the rest of us that you ripped of suffer.Oh, when I call the company I just keep getting transfered until I get disconnected.

Unauthorized charge!
I was sent a email saying thank you for joining and that they were going to deduct 149.95 from my checking account. I do not know how this is possible or where they got the information but i never applied for anything with them i called my bank to stop this deduction from my account and i was charged 35.00, why i had to pay for that to protect my self which i don't think i should be held liable for something this company did to me.

Unauthorized debit from my account!
This company took $149.95 from my account unauthorized. I even try to put a stop payment thru my bank on usa credit but they changed the name.
