If you are ever contacted by anyone from USA Credit, and they tell you that you are supposedly "pre-approved"; do not allow them access to your account numbers even your banks routing number(s). As a past victim of severe Identity Theft (I know for a fact), an "unsecured" credit line means there is "absolutely no fees, no deposit(s), no charge whatsoever. Any and all companies who charge a fee(s) for an "unsecured" line of credit is illegal and should be immediately turned over to your respective states Attorney General's Office of Consumer Protection Advocacy department. DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THIS COMPANIES LIES AND COECRION, ETC.

unauth debit from checking account
I recieved notice from my bank that USA Credit tryed to debit 149.95 from my checking account. I did not have enough in my account and had to pay a $36 fee for the returned item. I have never heard of this company and never told them to take money out of my account. I WANT MY $36 BACK!!!

on 3/10/2011 usa credit made an unauthorized withdrawal from my checking account in the amount of $149.95 - i am a senior citizen and live on a fixed income i will be notifying my bank of this unauthorized transaction and reverse these charges prayerfully i will get my money back

unauthorized access to bank account
I applied for a payday loan and was directed to this website.when I clicked for assistance I was told that they could help me with a loan. instead they debited my bank account for 149.95. this caused my account to become overdrawn and i was assessed an overdrawn fee of 35.00. I was told by usa credit that because I did not have the funds available that I am not due a refund. I am on dissability. this is not fair to take advantage of someone like this. I want my money back from this company.

Took $149.95 unauthorized out of my account
Trying to get a loan…never could get one..kept being directed to other sites to apply…finally gave up, and didn’t even know anything about usa credit until they took $149.95 out of my account yesterday Feb. 23, 2011..currently looking for a contact number for them and disputing this with my bank..this made my account be negative.

Stolen Funds
This bitch ass company stole $149.95 out of my checking account on March 8, 2011. After calling and getting the account cancelled my money was suppose to be returned to me on March 15. I gave the company an extra day and called them back on March 16 to see when my money would be returned since it wasn't back in my account. I was transferred to REBECCA at extension 2103 and was told that they had to authorize that I didn't file a fraud case against them. WTF!!! You stole my money and then didn't want me to file a fraud case against you! REBECCA at ext. 2103 then call the bank on a conference call and to make sure I didn't. After the young lady at my back verified everything to REBECCA @ ext 2103 then said that she would have to call back to the back to make sure that the girl at the bank, which they call was a real employee. If my money isn't back into my account within the next 48-72 hours I will be contacting my lawyer, every local and national news station and let them know that USA Credit is a fraud and REBECCA @ ext 2103 lied when she said my money would be returned. I am truly pissed the F off. I hope they read these messages because I did record my conversation with REBECCA @ ext 2103 and my bank.

they try to take 149.95 out of my checking account but it wasnt there so I was charged a nsf fee. I never even heard of this company let lone give them permission to draft anything out of my account.

Making Threats against me
I HAVE BEEN RECIEVING PHONE CALLS FROM THIS COMPANY (USA CREDIT) AND THE CALLS ARE NOT NICE. A PERSON WHO WORKS FOR THIS COMPANY EVENTUALLY WILL BE DEALT WITH IN A NOT SO NICE WAY BY ME!!! If this company does not leave me alone & stop making threats (Taking me to court & putting me in jail), I will find the person & BREAK EVERY BONE IN HIS FUCKING BODY. USA CREDIT LAY THE FUCK OFF ME, I DON'T OWE YOU SHIT!

Unauthorized withdrawal of cash from my bank account
On January 18, 2011 USA Credit withdrew without my authorization $149.98 and again on 2/16/11 an additional !19.95. I do not know who these scammers are and my bank states I must close my account and open another one. How do I know they will not do this to another account.
