I recieved a call from USA Credit stating i was pre-approved for a lien of credit and etc. They asked me for me for my social, and my bank information. Praise God that my bank didnt approve them so i hope. Well this is a major scam. i started asking questions and then i asked him about a website and he didnt even have one to provide. How do you so called work for a company and don't know the website? Right! Then he tried to rush off the phone with me and tell me i was denied once again. He tried avoided all the questions I was asking. I did ask him how he got my information and he said from a application. i then ask what application or website. He didnt have information and then he proceeded off the phone. Did anyone get denied and then get moneytaken off there account?

in december applyed for loan on line to usa credit was not notified of any approval then i get a letter from my bank of a over draft fee of 99.00 on my account number 226759s1 this a awful thing for the peolpe to scam people things are rough and hard enough to make it

I am another victim of these mfers!!! I was trying to refinance my car so I can get a lower payment to help with the money crunch. The very next day after I filled out the app. with the auto loan co. I have a charge of 149.95 from this place USA Credit. They left $18 in my account. I have kids to feed, no food in my house and no gas in my car...f**kers!! I get them on the phone and was accused of not reading the fine print and that I need to e careful what I click on...WHAT???!!! I never heard of this place and certainly did NOT apply for anything with them...the app. I filled out was thru a legitimate company!!! I got very angry with the person on the other line and was told I needed to call back on monday to speak with a supervisor. MONDAY WAS A BANK HOLIDAY!!! I called anyway and was told that I had to participate in a 3 way conference call with my bank to verify that the 149.95 was paid and I did not dispute the amount. Since my bank was closed that day, I had to call back Tuesday. I called first thing in the morning and had a 3 way conversation with this damn place and my bank. The bank rep was dumbfounded!!! He did verify that the amount was paid and that there was no dispute. I was told by the USA Credit person, with my bank on the line, that the money would be put back in my account in 48 to 72 hours. The call was recorded by my bank and the bank rep put a note on my account about the situation. That was yesterday. So...we will see if my money magically returns...and if not...to the bank I go!!! In the meantime, I filed a grievance with the BBB, the FBI Cyber Crimes Division and the Consumer Protection Agency. If my money doesn't get refunded in the stated time frame ( by 11am friday) I will file a police report and go to the fraud division in my bank with THIS printed out complaint forum and a copy of my bank statement. What they are doing is STEALING your info from an application that you fill out online with another company, whether it be a personal loan, payday loan or whatever. NEVER give out your bank account number for ANY reason, even if it's just for ID purposes. I will let you know if I received my money back thru this complain board. Be careful!!

USA CREDIT took $149.99 out of my checking account and I want it put back. I did not give permission to take out of my account. Put back ASAP NOW!!!

My husband was trying to get a loan got up this morning and checked his account and found that USA CREDIT had taken 149.95 out of his account and was charged an overdraft protection fee we didn't give any kind of consent for them to take the money out of his account we want the money put back in his account will report this to the bbb if we don't get his money back.
