Upon review of my checking account on today, I discovered that there was an attempted unauthorized withdrawal from my account by a company called USA Credit. I did not authorize any such withdrawal from my account. I am requesting that they refund all fees associated with this complaint.

I applied for payday loans online and they some how got my information and took 149.95 out of my account I have not received anything from them or talked to them. And do not want their shopping card.

I was looking for a short term loan for the end of the year. I was directed to the USA credit website and followed directions carefully. Perhaps I wasn't careful enough. When I read the term agreement, the section about deducting $149.95 from my checking account was very suspicious. Right after the fee agreement, they state they will not deduct any monies from my account. Whether that was my bank account or the Shopping Club membership, it was very confusing.
I have not had the funds deducted yet, but I think they will soon. I don't even have my card or packet which is unfair because I dont think I should have to pay a fee for something I can't use yet.

I called my bank's fraud center and asked what to do and they said since the funds haven't been withdrawn yet, they are unnable to do anything. I hope I can get this resolved soon.

After reading the agreement carefully again, I found a section at the bottom regarding refunds and cancellations:
18. REFUND OF CARD MEMBERSHIP: I may cancel My enrollment into the USA Credit™ Shopping Club Program within (30) days from the receipt of the Welcome Kit and USA Credit™ Shopping Card. To receive a refund of My enrollment fee, I must first contact the Company to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Upon receiving My return authorization number, I will be required to return all membership documents as well as My USA Credit™ Shopping Card to: USA Credit, One Millennium Drive, Uniontown, PA 15401. REFUND GUIDELINES MUST BE CAREFULLY FOLLOWED TO ASSURE A PROMPT REFUND OF MONIES. There will be a non-sufficient funds fee of $30.00 deducted in the event that any debit previously authorized by Me has been returned unpaid by My bank for any reason. There will be no refund in the event that there are Unpaid Balances posted to My Account or if there are pending merchandise orders. I must allow at least seven (7) business days from the Company’s receipt of My membership materials for My refund to be processed. Included in My membership fee is a non-refundable application fee. If the refund of card membership procedure is met, the Company will refund My enrollment fee only. IMPORTANT: Merchandise return policy and instructions are explained on the product order forms and/or on the shopping Web Site.

I hope this helps. Figuring out which is the enrollment fee and which is the membership fee is confusing. If anyone has input, it would be greatly appreciated.

149.95 was takin from my account and i did not authorize this to happen. i have never been on USA credit and did not apply for anything or agree with them to with withdrawel anything from my account. i dont know how they did this or why, but would like to have my money put in my account right away. nikki

THIS COMPANY STOLE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY AUTHORIZATION FROM ME! I called my bank, so we'll see if the charges get lifted or not, but I AM SO ANGRY right now! I hadn't even heard of this company until it's name showed up on my bank statement. WHAT A RIP-OFF! To anyone who might want to use this so called "honest" company, DON'T! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN NOT ANSWER YOUR PHONE CALLS/EMAILS! JERKS!
