THERE HAS BEEN A WITHDRAWN FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT WITH NO NO AUTHORIZATION TO DO SO AND IM REPORTING IT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS AND TO AN ATTORNEY AND THE POLICE DEPARTMENT THIS HAPPEN ONCE BEFORE AND I WAS ABLE TO GIVE THE POLICE EVERYTHING THEY NEEDED TO GET THE PEOPLE BEHIND IT SO IF YOU DONT WANT ANY TROUBLE YOU HAVE BETTER CREDIT MY ACCOUNT RIGHT AWAY OR YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM MY ATTORNEY AND POLICE OR YOU BETTER CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY

FRAUD / SCAM
My husband and myself found ourselves in a bit of a bind. I was checking out options the other day online I received a hit on the site for USA Credit and just looked at it. I did not accept any terms or anything else. I was only browsing for an option to my dilema. This morning we woke up only to find that this company has debited my account $99.99. I did not authorize this and now I am having even more problems because of this. This company needs to reimburse me for this or I will be contacting the BBB.

unauthorized use of bank account
My fathers account has been charged for a credit card since 2009, in my name with no authorizations given over six hundred dollars. How can they do that and what can we do? My dad is out all this money, and my name is not even on his account, nor do I have a credit card and have not had one.

Fraudulent debit
Just to let you all know this company is a scam!!! check your account they start out with 149.95, then 19.95 monthly. We caught it after the 3 amount taken. We did even know who this company was, CHASE told us and gave us their telephone number. We disputed it with CHASE and they credited our account and then USA CREDIT sent them a letter stating it was authorized. IT WAS NOT. CHASE CHOSE TO BELIEVE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY>So just yesterday 12/4/2010 they put the charges all back due the the statement of this fraudulent account. We have argued with CHASE, they have cause overdraft fees and will not reimburse any fees for the overdraft nor the charges due to this companys letter. NEVER USE CHASE BANK! They DO NOT PROTECT your account. SO here is a lesson for you becareful of this company and a horrible bank such as CHASE THAT DOES NOT PROTECT THE COSTUMER.

IM LUCKY IF I MAKE IT TO THE TIME WHEN I GET MY CHECKS DEPOSITED.I WOULD LIKE MY REFUND OF $19.95 AND ALSO $149.95 . IM NOT SURE WHAT ITS WITH OR WHY BUT SOME OF THE LOANS I TRY AND APPLY FOR AT END DO HAVE SOMETHING ON THE END OF APPLICATION ABOUT WANTING AN OFFER I NEVER NOTICED. FORGETTENED TO UNCHECK IT. TOOK MONEY WITHOUT MY PERMISSION
I JUST CHECKED MY BANK ACCOUNT AND FOUND A CHARGE FOR $ 99.00 DEBITED FROM THIS COMPANY, I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THEM AND DID NOT GIVE THEM PERMISSION FOR DOING THIS. I HAVE CONTACTED MY BANK AND WILL CONTACT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND ANY OTHER SITE I CAN TO STOP THIS FROM HAPPENING TO ANYONE ELSE. I LIVE ON A FIXED INCOME AND CAN NOT AFFORD THINGS LIKE THIS HAPPENING .

Not for sure of the addy, cause it just happened today.I woke up checked my direct deposit on my Walmart Visa Card, I have my check go there, anyway in the amount of 30 min for me to get to the atm, this company Usa Credit had a 100.00 pending charge on my account so I couldn't get the 200 dollars of 271 I had as my balance. I called USA credit and they never heard of me, I feel like the card carrier Walmart should put a halt on my funds, until an investigation is completed. But the rep at Walmart said she could not stop the transaction even though I was bein recorded and making a formal complaint about the fraud. Anyway I feel like I was wronged and I should have rights against this kind of thing, Oh and I have to wait 7 days for it to post and then call back. Goodness I am a customer...Luda
