road side help

My friend was lock out of her car in her drive way approximately 9:00pm. I was talking to her during the process… I call her insurance provider (state form insurance) and they gave my you all number. I call the company nearest location, someone came on the line but did not have enough patients to listing so he hang up two or three times before I finally get a chance to explain my situation.
They requested a form of payment over the phone before attempting to help the lady who was freezing outside in the middle of the night . I gave them the payment and they said it would be approximately 30 minutes before the get to her, that was about 10:00pm. At 1:00am Miss Allen was still out in the cold waiting on lock smith.
I don’t expect this would fixed the problem… just letting my voice be heard, but wish the day would come that people like you all would put out of business for those types of obnoxious behavior.

Wrong practice and misbehavior

I am a 35-year-old female. I was locked out at my home and called service for USA locksmith, listed in yellow book (240-294-8024) for opening the lock of my house. My husband was out of station for a meeting on Wednesday, September 17, 2008 and I was alone with my two childrenâï¿½ï¿½s. I called on Wednesday, September 17, 2008 around 1:30 pm from my cell phone and also from my office. Locksmith CS took the address and explained the charge (service call $39.99 and, from $50 to 100 for labor charges, depending on the service). I mentioned on the phone that it is not in emergency (as they usually charge higher for emergency). Locksmith CS came around 3:35 pm and opened the door. The service man charged $184 for the service. I explained that this was not what I agreed and the reasonable change would be total $140 (40 service call and 100 for labor, as agreed). The service man rudely denied, said that I have to pay whatever he is asking for. I was scared and whatever he asked forcefully, I paid ($184). Given my nervousness, I had no option but to pay. I

This is a serious matter to me not only because he over charged but also he forcefully took the money. Its a very unusual situation for me as I can fully sense that he took the advantage of my husband absence at home. I was so cared but I did not call the police, as I was scared and shocked. This is a serious offence.
