False Advertising
What a rip-off!!!
1. When I called, I was told someone would be out in 25 minutes. Someone arrive 40 minutes later - freezing weather
2. I was told it would be $25 for the service call and labor would start at $45. My door was a french door, and just the doorknob was locked. There was no deadbolt. It took the guy 2 seconds (literally), and I got charged $150 dollars. Are you kidding me? When I complained he said something about it was the type of pick he had to use that made it so expensive. Huh??! When I called the national number to complain and asked them what I would have gotten for $45 they couldn't tell me. They said maybe a bathroom door.
DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Misrepresentation of price
Like other customers posting here, was quoted $39 to unlock my door. After waiting for over an hour, the technician finally shows up and tells me that it'll cost about $200. When I call to complain about the misrepresentation in price, Richard (the customer service manager... that's a laugh) tells me it's impossible that I would've been quoted that price, and that it's not his fault that I misunderstood the quote.
Turns out, Richard is also lying to the subcontractors he sends out. He told them that I agreed to pay $80... when I never even heard that price.
Attention customers and contractors! Do not do business with this shady company. They're scamming people on both ends!

over charging, unprofessional work
I had to call for a locksmith because I was worried that my last key for my car was going to break. I called them, they told me that it would be about $155.00 for the first key. They came out, then I was told that there is an additional fee of $55.00 just for them to come, and if I wanted a second key it would cost $29.00. After the job was done, he informed me that he never made a key for a Kia before. It took him longer than he expected. He gave me a bill for $309.00 I told him that that was a lot higher than he had quoted. He now said he had said $155.00 and up, for the first key. That was a lie. Reluctantly I was going to write him out a check when he told me that he would have to charge me 10% if it was a check. So now it would be $340.00 I wrote out the check.
He had to take apart the rear hatch. My son got home and took a closer look at it and told me that the handle was loose, and there were some screws missing, and where does this piece go, he held out a odd shaped piece that obviously he had found on the ground. The guy had started the car with both keys, but now the second key won't work, and the first key goes in rough, and can only be used one way. I went back into the house and the phone was ringing. It was a guy from the company asking me for a credit card to cover the check. I started to complain and told him that I wasn't giving him a credit card, and the job wasn't done right and I felt I had gotten scammed. After I spoke again to my son, I called the company back to make a complaint, and the woman started to tell me that the phone was breaking up and she couldn't hear me. I told her that I was calling from a land phone, not a cell phone and she told me that Then maybe I should recharge it, and hung up. I called back to get hung up on again. I called their customer care and nobody answered. I then called my bank and stopped payment on the check.
