Order #466757 was charged toward $541.84 and credit should be issued by accounting within a couple of weeks.

End of June Called. Talked to Debbie. All paper turned to accounting. Need to wait.
Middle of July Called. Talked to Debbie again. Same response. According to her, there are nobody I can talk in accounting, they don't take calls.
I asked her to relay a message to accounting that if in the couple of weeks a refund is not issued, I will be contacting BBB.

8/19/09 Received e-mail from Stephani explaning the impact by the economic climate and a company struggles.

On August 21, 2009 I file a complained with Better Business Bureau (complaint # 40012833. After several attempts to get a response from this company, BBB closed the case on 10/09/2009, as UNANSWERED.
