wallpaper border
my borders were not available, so they were to reimburse me my monies in the total of $90.00, i never got my money from them at all.

Took my money and didn't send me anything
I ordered two different types of wallpaper patterns 4 months ago, they accepeted the order and charged it that same day or the next day. 3 weeks latter they tell me both patterns are on a backorder so i should wait 2 - 3 weeks more to receive it. This time passed and I tried calling the company 6 times several different days, in which NOBODY EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE.

I sent several emails, asking them about my order and they KEPT SAYING IT WAS IN A BACKORDER, I contacted their manufacturer who told that the day for production of this patterns was until October. I made my order between the last of june and first weeks of july, how come they didnt tell me the truth about how long the backorder was going to be.

Still I asked them for a refund and they said it was going to take 1 month to refund me. that didnt happen.

After that USAWALLPAPER, SENT ME AN EMAIL SAYING THE COMPANY HAS FINANCIAL PROBLEMS AND THEYRE HAVING PROBLEMS TO REFUND MY MONEY and that I should understand this difficult times.

Let me understand USA WALLPAPER, your having difficult times, everybody has being having them and not because of this they are robbing customers money.

Finally, I talked to the manufacturer and since so much time has passed after my order, they have one of the patterns produced, and I asked USAWALLPAPER.com to send me that pattern and refund me the other part of the order. Of course they didnt tell me the pattern had been produced I had to find out by myself.

They told they where going to send me the pattern that is in stock and wait for the other one. Since that last email, MY HUSBAND HAS CALLED 7 MORE TIMES WITH NO ANSWER, and sent 4 emails, which have not being answered and nothing has arrived.

I CANT BELIEVE YOU ARE USING YOUR CUSTOMERS TO FINANCE YOURSELVES (SINCE YOU HAVE FINANCIAL PROBLEMS) AND KEEPING THEIR MONEY WITHOUT EVER SENDING THEM THE PRODUCTS THEIR PAYING FOR!

Stole money
I too was ripped off by this co. for 130.00. Same thing ordered paper & boarder in March 09, went on b/o for 5 months & I cancelled told I would get full refund an I'm still waiting Jan.10. I will be calling Ohio Ag. tommorrow since finding this web site.

Please contact the Ohio Attorney General office. As of October 19, 2009 the Ohio AG filed a lawsuit against USA Wallpaper. You can reach them at 800-282-0515. Get your complaint filed...

never refunded money
I made an order Sept 8, 2008 for some wall paper. After the order was taken and i called to find out the status of my order i was told the company didn't have it in stock. I was first told that it was on back order and that I had to wait, then I was told it was discontinued and the company wouldn't be getting anymore and I will be getting a refund for the payment after 2 billing cycles but that never happened... I feel my refund should have been expedited... I have called about this refund serval times and have been told my money will be refund and yet a year and three months have come and no refund. My order cost me $158.57 USD. Now here we are Dec. 2, 2009 and no refund.

Not notified of cancelled order
On December 4, 2008 I ordered two companion wallpapers and a matching boarder. Of coarse the money was immediately deducted from my account.

12-8-08: I received notification that "some of the merchandise you ordered from us is temporarily out of stock"

12-11-08: I received another notification of the backorder

2-2-09: I notified them asking for delivery information, received canned answer that it was still backordered

2-28-09: They contacted me that my order was still on backorder

3-10-09: I again contacted them and was informed that the backordered wallpaper would ship in "1 to 2 weeks"

3-19-09: They shipped one of the wallpaper designs and boarders, backordered the matching wallpaper

3-31-09: I again contacted them and was informed that the backordered wallpaper "should release from our supplier in the next 48 hours"

I also tried calling an different phone numbers which where always busy.

and on and on...

11-3-09: I finely got through to a Company named "By Design" that claimed to be a distributer for USA Wallpaper and she informed me that my order had been cancelled in July and that someone should have informed me and I should have received a credit, which I didn't. So when I confirmed that I now have two thirds of a matching wallpaper set and what was I suppose to do now, I was rudely informed that I could try to order the third wallpaper from someone else...

Not what I would call a professional business.

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF A MAJOR HEADACHE AND PURCHASE FROM A COMPANY THAT REALLY WANTS AND DESERVES TO BE IN BUSINESS!!!

Where to file complaints
I wanted to update my earlier complaint and tell everyone that they need to file a complaint with the INTERNET CRIME COMPLAINT CENTER at http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx They are a partnership between the FBI, National White Collar Crime Center and Bureau of Justice Assistance. Since I was already notified by the BBB that law enforcement was looking into this company, the more of us who file, the better it will be!

Refund
I ordered wallpaper from USA Wallpaper in May 2009. Received several emails claiming my order was on "backorder". After six weeks of this run around, I cancelled the order and asked for a refund of my $91. I was told that it would take 30 days, or one billing cycle. After 30 days and still no refund I called repeatedly and was told they would forward my complaint on to their "accounting" office. Still no response. I filed a complaint with the Ohio BBB. They never responded to that. Four weeks ago I filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's Office. I am waiting for an outcome from them, but last week I received a letter from the BBB...they stated that after several attempts to try and get USA Wallpaper to respond, to no effect, they were told by the Attorney General's office to have me contact them (which I had already done). But here is the kicker...they also stated that they have been informed that the local law enforcement agency is investigating them.

Now I am wondering if I should call the police in Toledo and see ifI can add my name to the complaint. After all the sites with HUNDREDS UPON HUNDREDS of complaints about this company, I wonder if there is a way to start a class-action lawsuit? Does anyone know?? I read that this company is pulling in MILLIONS...all of it stolen!!!

product not delivered
Ordered bedding and wallpaper border on 8/26/09. Received wallpaper border 5-7 dyas later but never received bedding or an update on order. Inquired about order on 9/10 only to be told then it was backordered but should ship within 7- 10 days. Still no order received or contact from company. Entire shipping cost charged at time of order just for wallpaper portion. Cancelled order on 9/29/09.
