No Refund
I waited about 2 months for a wallpaper order that ended up being on backorder. I got tired of waiting and cancelled my debit card order. I had to request the cancellation twice. It took about a week to get a cancellation confirmation. Now 30 days later, no refund is in sight, and I got an email saying that they were in financial straits and couldn't send me my refund right now. I suggest that you use a credit card if you order at all.

Refunds not processed
Ordered wallpaper in April 2009. Company stated wallpaper was on back order. June 16, 2009 paper still on backorder so order was cancelled. Still have not received refund as of 8/18/09. Multiple emails and calls have been made to company who says that the paperwork is in the accounting department and they do not have any idea when it will be processed. According to BBB the company only has 4 employees so the accounting dept. excuse is BS. I can't believe that this company can continue to rip people off and still stay in business. Don't order from these people!

No Refund
Placed an order...after not receiving the product in a reasonable time, I called for the status. Found out it was not in stock. Asked to cancel the order, and was told a refund would be submitted within 7-10 business days. After numerous calls and emails with no satisfaction regarding my refund. Monica, Angela, Debbie all staff employees told me there was nothing they could do about no getting my refund. The could not check with the accounting department, they are just told to apologize, and try to expedite my refund request. This is UNACCEPTABLE. They charged my account knowing the item was not is stock, and prior to shipping. This is for the amount of $204.00. I will fight this until not only my refund is received but I will not stop until this company is stopped! They also do business as Decorate With Style.

online scam
I got wallpaper for the bathroom in January. I ordered the wallpaper and the border together. I received the wallpaper, but I never got the border. I called in February about the border and they said that it was on back order and would be in, in 1 to 2 weeks. It never came. I called today (June 4) to ask if I could return the wallpaper because I never received the border and was really annoyed. The lady on the phone said I could not return the paper because it was past 30 days of the purchase. I said that I don't need the paper if I don't have the border. I also asked when and if I should expect the border. She said in 1-2 weeks. I told her that that was ridiculous and that I wanted to speak to the manger and she said she was the manager. I said I wanted to speak to her manager and she said that would be the owner and that she was not there. -I definitely would not recommend using them. Does anyone think this even remotely reasonable?

Cancelled order and have not recieved refund
I cancelled my order on April 2, 2009. USA Wallpaper told me it would be 30 days before I recieve a refund. After 30 days, they told me it would be 45 days. It's been over 45 days and nobody can tell me when I will recieve it. I have called them several times. My cancellation number is USA5434902. I think they do a very poor way of business. I would appreciate it if you can help me. I would not recommend anybody to do business with them. I had to summit a payment right away, why should it take so long to get my money back, when I cancelled my order. I cancelled before the wallpaper was even shipped. I see no reason why I have to wait this long to recieve my money back.

They just took my money - never shipped anything!
I ordered a Butternut and Blue valance (made by Park Designs Model Number PRK-461-47) back in March. The USA Wallpaper customer service department notified me that the item was discontinued and out of stock. The customer service agent told me that she was not authorized to issue a refund, but that she would send the refund request to the accounting department and they would process the refund request the following month (April). It's now May and still no refund! I have contacted the merchant again and the customer service department is unable to explain why the refund has not been issued. She again promised to send the refund request to their accounting and told me I was welcome to call back in a couple weeks to follow-up on it. According to the customer service agent I spoke to, there is no way that I can talk to directly to accounting to get the problem taken care of promptly. After three phone calls and numerous emails to the merchant, they have still not issued a refund for the merchandise that was never shipped. Poor, poor, poor service. I will never do business with them again. Thankfully I only got screwed out of a few dollars. If this had been a major purchase, I don’t know what I would do.

Product not received
Product ordered 3/18/09. Still not received 5/6/09. Many promises, no product. They charge you at the time of the order! I'm currently out almost $300.00. I'm dealing with my credit card for a refund. Time will tell how that goes. It also appears they use another company name. "Style by Design". Be wary!

Failure to refund-non delivery
Like so many others, I have had nothing but delays and excuses when the mdse I bought was billed to my Paypal account before being shipped, was only partially shipped and the part I got was defective. After many emails, many phone calls, and many broken promises by "Debbie" I filed a complaint to the Toledo Better Business Bureau which I advise you all to do as well.

Fraud
After reading the other posts complaining about USA Wallpaper, I too am reporting their fraud. Like the other posts, I ordered & paid for wallpaper (York Wallcoverings). I was informed by USA Wallpaper a couple of days later that my order was back ordered by York Wallcovering and that it would be a 3 - 4 week delay. After waiting 4 weeks with no receipt of my order, I contacted USA Wallpaper again. They informed me that it was still back ordered by York Wallcovering and it would be an additional 3 week delay. At this point, I canceled my order and requested a refund. 3 weeks later and after several attmempts to get the refund, I have yet to receive a credit to my Pay Pal account. I have posted a dispute with Pay Pal, and have learned through that process that Pay Pay does not support their customers (unlike credit card companies). I have been ripped off for $250 by USA Wallpaper. THEY ARE A FRAUD!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! DO NOT USE PAY PAY!!
