I have been undergoing the same problem that everyone else has stated. The name of the account manager who was supposed to credit my account for border that was ordered, then backordered, then cancelled since March of 2008. NO ONE should EVER buy from this outfit. They are pure and simple scammers. I have a whole file of emails and have called and called. To no avail.

Terrible people- bill you before they ship anything. Will tell you your item is on backorder for months on end..you try to cancel and they tell you it will be 1-2 billing cycles before you get a refund even though they never shipped it in the first place. They will never give you a refund...this has happened to hundreds of other victims. They have over 420 complaints with the BBB.

Unfortunately, I have received the same run around that others have received from USA Wallpaper. I placed an order in May and found out later that my items were on backorder. When I canceled my order I was told that it would take 1 to 2 billing cycles to receive a refund.

Four months and countless emails and phone calls later, and I am still awaiting a refund. I used my Paypal account which was a huge mistake! If I would have used a credit card, I could have contacted my company and disputed the charges. Beware of this company!!!
