poor business practices

I have been with USAA for 30 years, but in the past two years they have really changed. They used to be great, but now they use many of the same banking tricks that the big banks were using to gouge people. USAA has held a deposit for 2 weeks when the deposit came from their own USAA account, just in the hope that a big check would bounce and they could rack up the bounced check charges. They also freezed my credit on a credit card even though it had been already paid with a transfer from another USAA account, leaving me stranded in Boston with no funds. I don't trust them anymore and I am moving my money, insurance and other accounts and will not do business with them again. They are posting big profits lately, so they won't care if people leave. I am fed up with this company.

Possible Fraud?

I had established a new bank account to use for my online buisness. So after some searching i decided to go with USAA bank's free checking account wich only required at the time of writting this a minimum $25 opening deposit so i set it up to take $35 from my other bank account to my new usaa account. A day later i got an email from USAA saying my account has been approved and it has been opened. GREAT!!! Well two days later i check my other bank account and i see an ach/debit of 35.00 going to my usaa bank account. I thought wow ok that went so smoothly (so i thought) i went to login to my usaa account to verify that they received the funds low and behold i get an error message. For security reasons, your access to usaa.com is currently restricted. Call 1-800-759-8722 for assistance. (2:71). I call that number and they now tell me they need me to fax a copy of my id and ss card to them and within 48 hours my account will be unlocked. Today is day 5 and it still isnt unlocked and when i call the number back i keep getting told wait till the next day. USAA is starting to show the evidence that they are a fraudulent company. My account got locked on the hour my opening payment cleared my bank. I will be filing a dispute with my debited bank account
