Today I received a phone call from a man claiming to be from legal department. He spoke with a middle eastern accent as well. He gave all of my correct information, but told me I had a payday loan. I asked with whom and he told me USA cash advance. I never had such loan with them. I do have loan with other companies, but I am in constant contact with them. When he refused to answer anymore questions, he quickly transferred me to his supervisor(middle easter accent as well). I asked to send me proof of the loan and they refused. He told me everything would go through the courts along with my contact people information. He expected me to just pay money without giving me any information. He hung up on me after I told him I needed to see documentation. These people are scam artists. I suggest to anyone to stop using payday loans. I know I will.
