This company I believe was one of those things you get automatically when you sign-up for something else. They give you like 30 days free, then they charge you $149.95 setup fee and start charging you $19.95 monthly if you don't cancel within the 30 days. Problem is, when this happened to me, they didn't make it clear to me this was going to happen, and I didn't even know it was. I was applying for a "Pay-Day-Loan" through an online loan company. The pay day loan was denied, but I got this USACredit company now charging me $19.95 every dang month ever since then. I called them within 45 days of the first charge happening, and they said they would stop charging me and refund all monies charged me but they only refund via check. So I will receive a check in the mail within 30 days. I never got that check, and they continue to charge my account every month. I have called them numerous times and many times they say they have no record of my calls, or that they ever were going to do any refund. It's now been over a year, I can't change my bank account number because it is my business account, and it would screw up many business things I have going. All for a lousy $20 a month! I'm sure they think that too, that I won't cause problems for a lousy $20 a month... THEY GOT THAT WRONG!! I called them just today, and they say they have never received a phone call from me in the past... that is what I call Bull****!!! I put a stop payment on them as of today. Should have done that months ago, but now it's done, and the bank is going to pursue what they call an "ACH" Claim against them. Problem is the bank can only go back 60-days on an ACH claim... FIGURES!! I will be having my atty contact USACredit, its not so much the $$$$ now, as the principal of what they are doing to not only me but as I see online they are doing this to THOUSANDS of people all the time! Do a Google on USACredit and all you get are complaints, I haven't found a positive or good thing on Google about them yet!!!

They unlawfully deducted $149.99 plus fees out of my account. I applied for a loan not this and i am going to get my money back plus more.

They went into my account and took $149.00 which also put me in the whole and I had to pay the extra $35.00 for an over drawl. How do I go about getting my money back? Does anyone no????

I went to call phone number and they transfered me to another phone number which was not valid! They took $149.95 out of my bank account without permission! I will get my money back! Including bounced check fee. They made my account negative.
