USA LOCKSMITH is nothing but a SCAM looking for a quick buck. We called them out to replace a broken lock on our door, Tech came out and the boss explained that he wanted a new lock inserted in the door. Tech didn't have the correct tools to do the job, he basically just pryed the lock out of the door, when he was finished putting the new lock in, it was flush on the inside and hanging out on the outside, for anyone to put a pry bar into and to be able to break into our building, the tech didn't see anything wrong with it, he admitted he didn't have the correct insert. The Tech THEN presented the bill $719.85!!! I couldn't believe what I was seeing, I asked him if it was a joke...we called to have the Owner come out and was told that he was out of State on Vacation, asked for a District Manager and was told that there wasn't one, only a General Manager named Richard!!! I asked to speak to him, explained the situation and asked him to come over to our property to look at this shoddy job, I was told that he would not come here and that he didn't do face to face customer service!!! I was told by the Boss to tell Richard that he needed to come and remove his lock, he stated that he couldn't and wouldn't remove the lock as they couldn't sell it again. I again stated to him that he needed to come and remove his lock, again he refused, that he would only send a Tech to repair it, I asked him to send the Tech. He asked when we would be available, I told him now, please send him now. Our intention is that he will be told to remove the lock and if he refuses, we will remove it and give it to him. It has been an hour and he has not shown up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE HASSLES AND SCAMS.
