I too fell into the SCAM.

I signed up for the FREE GOVERNMENT GRANTS TO HELP CONSOLODATE DEBTS. was charged $1.95 signup fee, that was in June...cancelled within 24hours as I came to the realization that not entitled to them unless you START A BUSINESS, which it did not inform you of on website.

July 15, 2009 called my credit card company and was informed that I had a charge of $68.83 for a USARICHES which I had never heard of, got looking and relized I had a charge on June 16, 2009 one day after initial signup and the day of cancellation for $67.15.

I called the toll free number and was informed I could come to this website and request my refund.

I believe I have just been scamed again as I see nothing here to make a request for one.
