unable to cancel a non shipped order
Placed an order for 2 items on o3/12/2011, waited until 03/15/2011 for shipping confirmation and received nothing. Called and spoke to customer service and was told that it can take up to 5 days to get the confirmation. Called back on 03/21/2011 and was told that they had to wait for the distributor to ship the item. Spoke with ALLEN DIMICK who proceeds to advise me that the manufacturer had discontinued the medium size. Advised that I wanted the order cancelled immediately via email and verbally. Was told that it could take up to 2 days for the credit back to PAYPAL. Filed a dispute with PAYPAL. Checked with the manufacturer to confirm the story and was told that they DID NOT discontinue the medium size, additionally the manufacturer provided suppliers that stock the item. I placed an order with them and have already received the items. Now to get the refund from USATOOLWAREHOUSE.

The final step will be to have them served to appear in small claims court in NY to address this.

waiting for shipment
I ordered $200 worth of items on 12/8/2010, as of today I had still not received them. I had been calling them once a week and they always had a different reason why my ordered hadn't shippped. I asked them to cancel my order and got put on hold indefintely...I hung up. I called back the following day and got put on hold again when I told them I wanted to cancel my order. I hung up again. The last time I called, I told them to cancel my order and then "I" hung up. I then called my Credit Card company and changed my card to a new card number. DON'T WASTER YOUR TIME WITH THESE JOKERS

Buyer beware
I placed an Order placed on 01/07/10 for a special tool. After waiting seven days I called company for the status on my order. Customer service said the part was never shipped and was back ordered. i Decided to cancel order and buy part locally. Contacted customer service which routed my call to Purchasing. No person answered so I Left detailed message with Todd Morgan to cancel order to save me from returning part. Unbelievably this Company has not responded to my simple request after two days of several telephone messages and emails. They marked my email communications as spam so emails came back as undeliverable. I called my bank to cancel the charge on my visa account. Bank said I had to file a dispute form and also cancel my account. I decided not to pursue that option for a $36 order Now I just hope my credit card info is not in peril.

I can only derive some satifaction by alerting the Public to beware that USAToolWarehouse does not in my opinion conform with acceptable business practice.

I feel a little better that you have been warned. There are a lot of reputable auto parts online. Do your homework.
