I order a part right before Christmas, since I lost a head light during a snow storm. First my shipping address showed up as incorrect, so I called and emailed the company so that they would get my correct shipping information. They never responded to my calls or emails, however, when I 'logged in' to my account online, it showed my address change.
I continued to call repeatedly to get a tracking number for my part, as it said on the website I would get one. After leaving a message stating I was going to call the Better Business Bureau, I got an email stating that all warehouses were closed until January 5, 2009, and my order would be shipped that day. They said I would get the tracking number that day. I waited, and still no tracking number or part.
I reported the company to the Better Business Bureau today, as well as through Paypal. Hopefully this won't happen to anyone else!
