My son purchased a cardigan from usc 20th march. all the seems down one side come open .Unfortunatly lost the reciept but took it back for exchange. They were extremly rude wasnt prepaired to do anything about it and just wasnt interested.I have never cum across anything like this service in my life.I wasnt allowed to have my say or complain further because they called security to get me removed from shop.I did not use any bad language or threats. I have never been in trouble by the police for anything in my life and i am not a disshonest person.I was treated like a common criminal totally humiliated.I spoke to the security guard when i left the shop and explained at 41yrs old with an arthritic spine and 5foot 2 i dont think im much of a threat. I also had my 12yr old son with me who had to wittness all this. security guard said there was no need to have called him and he also said he had stood back and watched me and was confused as i was just acting like a normal customer.It is true i was very upset when i left the shop.I was shaking and jst couldnt believe what they had done. We have a cardigan that is no good after a months wear and we are £65 down.My main upset is the way i was treated.
