I Sourav Ghosh s/o Mrs.Swapna Ghosh had paid an advance of Rs.8500 for maruti Swift Vdi (REGD WB74M5300) to a dealer of Mahindra First Choice named Car Scanners dated 16-12-09. There occured a problem during the finance..i had asked for a loan of Rs.310000..and the Mahindra Finnance sanctioned only Rs.200000..for the above said car...So therefore i did not took the car...I have called them several times to refund the advanced amount that i gave it to them...After two months or so I got a reply that the advance amount has been forfieted without any valid reason given by them..At the time of advance these terms and conditions were not there..Atleast in the money reciept Terms $ Condition are not mentioned.. Please help me to get the refundable amount...at the earliest..
