Terrible Customer Service. Have not got the clubs yet and dont want them. Have been trying to cancel my order for the past 3 days. Apparently their site is down due to Internet SPAM and abuse. They can send me emails but mine do not go through. No contact phone number either. All electronic correspondence which sucks. I will be talking this up with my credit card company. Not sure they emailed me and said it was shipped. Took Over 5 days to ship. Think I am gonna try to refuse the delivery and let my credit card go after them. I bought a set of ping G10 blue dots and probably will be fake like everyone else is saying. I may report it to ping if I decide to open the box and check for serial numbers. This type of business is unacceptable.

Bought a Ping G10, after I bought club it was brought to light that this company was located in china but the web site made it seem that it was located in the US. The product is a reproduction of a G10 and not a good one at that, the grip was cheap and stunk. I went to Golfsmith and bought the real thing, learned an expensive lesson, don't buy from this website, totally fake products.

I bought a set of Callaway Diablo Edge irons about a week ago. The entire buying experience seemed shady. When I received the clubs in the mail all the clubs were individually wrapped in plastic that indicated the clubs were Callaway Warbirds. I took the clubs to Golf Gallaxy to get sized. The rep immediately asked where I bought these clubs. He showed me a Callaway Diablo Edge iron and it was immediately apparent that the clubs i had purchased were not genuine Callaway clubs. The grips were not Callaway grips, the iron heads were not offset, and the shaft was not the same shaft that comes with Diablo Edge iron and also looked like a knock off. Do not buy anything from this site.
